This rosary is designed to reflect the colors of the icon of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Gold is used throughout the rosary for the pervasive use of gold in the icon - from 2mm gold-filled rounds for the gold highlights in Our Lady's clothing, to the 3mm vermeil daisy spacers capping the Paters for the Christ Child's clothing, to the gold-plated sterling crucifix and center for the golden background of the icon. The intricate crucifix is reminiscent of the crowns worn by both Our Lord and Our Lady in the icon. The centerpiece itself bears a bas-relief image of the icon of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. This center was custom-cast from a vintage Our Lady of Perpetual Help medal.

8mm Czech Firepolished Aves in Capri Blue match Our Lady's outer mantle, with red seed beads for the clothing beneath the mantle. Meanwhile, 10mm round red flower jasper Paters pick up the red-brown of the Christ Child's outer mantle, capped with vermeil daisy spacers and 4mm green druks for His green inner clothing.
